So, today's 25-35 year olds are embracing the facebook networking opportunities and I've been told I MUST have a facebook page and a youtube video and a blog.

The youtube video has been suggested to be a funny-ized version of my mortgage insurance presentation (that's right! there's so much you can do with insurance - it's hilarious!). I will work on writing the funniest script in the entire world to do with mortgages and then record something clever (a walking house being dragged away by evil-looking bank men with those fake moustaches you get fromPhillips' Blue Buck?).
